SkyBill in ENLIT 2021 (Europe Utility Week)

Despite everything COVID threw at the industry, SkyBill was glad to take part in Enlit Europe 2021 in Milan (formerly known as European Utility Week). After so many months of online meetings, it felt genuinely good to be back in a room full of people who care about the same things we do.

The event gave us the chance to reconnect with old friends and partners we hadn't seen in a while, and to make plenty of new connections along the way. Conversations that would normally take weeks over email happened in a matter of minutes, and it was a reminder of how much value there still is in meeting face to face.

We were especially happy to present our latest upgrades to SkyBill Utility Billing and our CIS (Customer Information System), both built on the newest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. Getting direct feedback from utilities and industry professionals is exactly the kind of input that helps us keep improving.
